The Request for Information (RFI) is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an official Request for Quote or Request for Proposal. The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) is seeking industry input and capability statements for Use of a Force Judgment Simulator as described in the attached "Draft" Statement of Work (SOW).
The AOUSC is conducting a market survey and analysis of industry capabilities for the award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement against which firm fixed price orders may be placed. Awarded task orders will be placed by various Office of Probation and Pretrial throughout the United States. Award will be made against the Offeror's Contract using the terms and conditions contained therein, as well as the additional terms and conditions specified in this BPA. If the vendor has a current GSA schedule in place, please provide a copy of the schedule with your capability statement.
Firms/companies are invited to indicate their capabilities by providing specifications in accordance with the draft SOW listed below. You can also include other specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration video and other technical data as well as identification of current customers and a rough indication of pricing. Any pricing data should be sent, if available at no cost to the U.S. Government, NO LATER THAN 20 July 2009: Interested companies are requested to submit a capabilities statement of 2-5 pages via email. Interested firms should also provide their address, point of contact with telephone number, and email address.
This is a market survey for information only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited.
