The 190th Air Refueling Wing, Kansas Air National Guard located at Forbes Field AFB, Topeka, KS intends to issue a single firm fixed-price contract for construction services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Removal of the Runway Pad Parking Ramp.    The intent of this project is to repair and replace aircraft parking aprons and taxiways to include partial depth and full depth reconstruction of approximately 24,000 square yards of PCC pavement, cold milling of AC pavement and AC pavement overlay that covers approximately 90,000 square yards, in incidental work including joint and crack sealing, drainage system improvements, pavement marking, aircraft grounding points.
