The Midewin National Tall Grass Prairie, Wilmington, IL is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of aproximatly 850 pounds of Forb, Grass and Sedge Seed.
This combined Request for Quotation is issued under Solicitation No. AG-52B1-S-11-0007 and all quotes willl reference this (RFQ ) number and will be submitted to Contracting, Hoosier NF, Bedford, IN 47421, Attn: Roger Manning by 1:00 p.m. eastern time on December 20, 2010. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44 effective July 16, 2010.
This acquisition is Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 111998 and the size standard is $0.75mil.
Attachment 1 is the species listing with quantities and Attachment 2 is the specification document for the species. Vendors may quote on all or a portion of the items with a species cost breakdown.
Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov).
Quotes must include a completed copy of (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m). If the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn. gov., submit only paragraph (b) from the provisions and a DUNS number.
(FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and ability to meet delivery date. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The offer/quotation that is most advantageous to the Government, based on the factors contained in this solicitation, will be selected for award.
