The City of Fontana is seeking a request for proposal to operate the Fontana Community Senior Center’s Beauty Salon. The selected Operator, as an independent contractor, shall solely and exclusively manage, promote, operate, write, direct, produce all events, staff, and oversee all facility aspects as negotiated and directed by the City. All the day to day operations of the facility and activities therein will be the responsibility of the Operator for a multi-year contract. The City may elect to subsidize operational costs to enhance service delivery.
