The University of Virginia (University or UVA) invites highly qualified architectural consulting firms to submit a letter of interest and associated supporting materials for consideration in the selection of a consultant team to provide architectural and engineering design services for the University of Virginia’s Fontaine Garage (Project), in accordance with the provisions of the University of Virginia Higher Education Capital Outlay Manual (HECOM). The first phase of the project will be a feasibility and conceptual design study. Upon successful completion of the first phase, the University may, in its sole discretion, elect to retain the selected firm for design services for any or all phases of the future project including bridging documents.
