This project consists of the renovation of the area around the fountain in John B. Foley Park, which is adjacent to the Bell Tower in Heritage Park; as well as a parking-to-park project for an area in the block south of the Rose Trail in Heritage Park, between the Post Office and the line of buildings in the 100 block of S.
