This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (‘PBGC") requires services of an experienced Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Contractor to assist with processing an increasing number of FOIA request received by PBGC. The PBGC anticipates services will be required 40 hours per week during the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday. The period of performance will be twelve months from the date of award of the contract. All work performed must be done at PBGC's offices located at 1200 K Street NW, Washington DC 20005.
    A request for quotation (RFQ) PBGC01-RQ-08-0155. Including statement of work is attached with additional detailed information.
    Quotes must include an hourly rate charged and resume. Proposed individuals may be subject to an interview to assess their capability to perform advantageous to the PBGC.
