This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation ("PBGC") requires services of an experienced Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Consultant to assist with processing an increasing number of FOIA request received by PBGC. PBGC anticipates services will be required 40 hours per week during the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The period of performance will be the December 1, 2009 through November 30, 2010 plus one option year. All work performed must be done at PBGC's offices located at 1200 K Street NW, Washington DC 20005.
A request for quotation (RFQ) PBGC01-RQ-10-0005, including statement of work and evaluation criteria is attached with additional detailed information. Offerors must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This requirement is set aside for small businesses.
     Quotes must include an hourly rate charged and resume. Proposed individual may be subject to an interview to assess their capability to perform advantageous to the PBGC. Questions relating to this RFQ must be submitted via email to [email protected].
     Quotations are due no later than November 6, 2009 by 3:00 PM EST and may be submitted to PBGC, Attn: Mark Miller via email: [email protected]. Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website.
