This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6. 
This requirement is in support of the Dept. of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) to obtain onsite survey services and to procure annual renewal of The Joint Commission (TJC) Accreditation as stated in Section C, from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations on a sole source basis.
