The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform pick up and disposal of coal ash, a class IV residual waste, from the Base Heating Plant at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio as set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and Federal regulations. Estimated workload factors and collection areas are shown in Appendix A. The contractor is encouraged to dispose or provide the ash to an appropriate ash reutilization facility (E.g., soil stabilization, cement plant).
