The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Six (6) Optisonic 3400, DN50/2”,Flowmeters and it will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from Krohne, Inc.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
