Preparation, planting and maintenance of flowers and plant material in raised beds, boulevards and planters owned by the City of Toledo . Weeding, fertilizing and care of planter material required during growing season. Turn on of irrigation system may be required. List of plant material for each location must be provided as part of the bid. Bid should include separate line item for planting costs, maintenance costs irrigation turn on and off costs and a total cost per location listed. Maintenance cost should include how many visits are included in price quote. Bids for this project can be accepted via electronic or paper submittal. Bids prices shall be to two (2) decimal places (ie. $0.00). Only one (1) price per line item will be accepted with this bid.
