Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY) intends to award a sole source contract to Flow International Corporation for service and preventive maintenance to Flow Waterjet machine. Flow International Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer and although there are authorized resellers of their products, all service must be performed by Flow technicians.
