This is a solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation
(FAR) subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 effective 10 September 2021.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541511 and the small
business size standard is $27.5M. This is an unrestricted solicitation and all quotes will be
evaluated utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.
It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to
Plane Sciences, Inc. Cage Code (L0EN6) as a result of this synopsis/solicitation for the attached
