NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

 Sole Source J&A (not attached as it relates to FAR 6.305(f) And 8.405-6(b)(3)(iii))

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), National Information Technology Commodity Program(NITCP) has received a requirement United States Air Force, Air Force Material Command (ARMC) 577 SMXS/FLT G Warner Robins AFB, GA for FlexNet Floating Software Licenses.

The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Applied Imagery at 8070 Georgia Avenue Silver Springs, MD 20910 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated above may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports their ability to deliver the required products.  Capability statements shall be received no later than the response date and time of this notice.  Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement.  A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
