The Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), intends to solicit offers in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) HQ003417R0084 Fleet Maintenance Services at Raven Rock Mountain Complex, 450 Harbaugh Valley Road, Fairfield, PA 17320. The subject requirement will be procured as a competitive small business set-aside.
This requirement require the contractor to provide all personnel, parts, labor and equipment to perform the services required within this sow. Only new parts shall be used for repairs, maintenance and overhaul in fulfilling this contract. Work shall be performed at the contractor's site, however, there may be a time where the contractor will need to come on site to repair if a vehicle is not able to be safely driven to the contractor.
The awarded contract will consist of a 12 month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811111. The Small Business size standard is $7.5 million. This RFP is issued in electronic format only. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Lack of registration in the CCR database and failure to obtain a DUNS number will make an Offeror ineligible for award.
