The Department of Homeland Security / USCG intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis a purchase to Fujifilm Medical Systems USA, Inc. The Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is available to provide one for one replacement trade up of existing workstations.

This requirement is to provide Flash IIP to FDX console workstation upgrades trade up replacements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received within seven calendar days after the publication date of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
