The City of Flagstaff (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ” or “Proposals”) from economic and workforce development consultants (“Consultants”) with demonstrated expertise and experience to provide a Flagstaff area workforce analysis, including but not limited to all aspects of data management and productions, modeling and conducting public outreach. The expected time for completion of the work is up to one (1) year. The selected Consultant will be expected to enter into a Contract for Professional Services (“Contract”). Consultants with experience and expertise in modifying and creating comprehensive analyses are encouraged to apply. The Contract will be awarded at the City’s discretion. Fees associated with contracted services will be negotiated after qualified Consultant(s) are selected.
