FIU Athletics is looking for an event ticketing company to come in and provide supplemental support for the following: 1. Supplement the existing FIU ticket office staff with some of its most critical staffing needs during football game days. The primary task will be to scan tickets as fans enter the gates. The secondary, but equal task, will be to provide additional PCI compliant workers that handle game day ticket sales and VIP Parking areas before and during the game. 2. Estimated number of game day ticket staff needed is thirty-two (32) workers to cover these areas. This number includes all personnel and necessary supervisors. 3. The company selected must have working knowledge of Technotic Sports, our third-party ticketing platform. Event Dates: 1. Oct 8th vs UConn at 7pm 2. Oct 14th vs UTSA at 8pm 3. Oct 28th vs LA Tech 4. Nov 12th vs FAU 5. Nov 26th vs MTSU Event Details: 1. Staff will report to the stadium 3 hours before kickoff and is moved into their positions shortly thereafter. 2. Ticketing staff utilized for VIP Parking lot must arrive five (5) hours before kickoff and be ready to work. 3. Each ticketing member is relieved of duty by the Assistant AD of Ticket Operations with assistance from the Assistant AD of Game Operations when their area is slowed down or we hit the end of the 3rd quarter whatever comes first.
