Choose the Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Choose the search option, enter the search value, and click the submit button. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
