THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD IS BEING PUBLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 5.203(a).

The Export-Import Bank of the United States intends to solicit on a sole source basis, the procurement of rating information with Fitch's Global Sovereign, Global Banks, and Global Corporates subscription services. Other sources of ratings reports used by Ex-Im Bank include Moody's and Standard & Poor's.

The ExIm Bank intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, which will detail Export Import Bank's requirements.

The solicitation will be issued on or about Friday, April 13, 2012. The NAICS Code identified for this requirement is 511199-All Other Publishers with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
