The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to make a single award for the provision of Bag in a Box Unsweetened Liquid Coffee Concentrate.  Each case shall be shelf stable for no less than 30 days and shall be freezable.  The anticipated performance period will begin on October 1, 2012, and will conclude on September 30, 2013.  Annual requirements include an estimated 96 cases of regular coffee and 24 cases of decaffeinated coffee.  Vendor shall also provide and maintain three (3) beverage dispensers.  Deliveries will be scheduled on a monthly basis. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the solicitation by the government. Deliveries will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807.  The contract type is a firm-fixed price, FOB Destination and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.  THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
