Bids for the construction of the First National Bank of Omaha, Gretna Branch will be received by the First National Bank of Omaha at 1620 Dodge Street, SC 1150, until 2:00 o’clock p.m., Central Daylight Savings Time, March 24, 2022 at said office. Means of bid submittal shall be as indicated in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS included in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened privately. The Work includes development of the site with parking lots, drive-through banking lanes, utilities, and landscaping. The Project consists of a single-story retail branch bank of approximately 4,800 square feet. Construction will consist of wood framing, with miscellaneous steel framing, and concrete grade beam footings. Exterior walls will be masonry veneer on wood-framed back-up walls, with aluminum storefronts and entry systems. Interiors will consist of a combination of metal stud walls and glass partitions, with carpeted and tiled floors, and acoustical panel ceilings.
