Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has an URGENT REQUEST for bundled firewood suppliers. The product specifications are as follows: The firewood must be Seasoned or Kiln-dried hardwood. Cut 12 to 18 inches in length, consumer packaged and palletized for delivery. The supplier must be capable of delivering firewood directly to commissaries located in the mid-west region. It is DeCA intent to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the end of January 2010. The commissary locations and estimated (pounds) per store for one year are listed below.
