1. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.204, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
2. Solicitation FA481921Q0015 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

3. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 811121.

5. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract.
