The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southeast Region, requires the construction of 15,295 feet trails to serve as fire breaks for controlled burn habitat management activities. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools and equipment for the grading, grubbing, erosion controls and seeding as per Prescribed Fire Break Specifications.
