G: Site visit will be on Thursday 28 April 2016 at 10:00 AM EST.  Arrive at the Vandenberg Gate Visitor Center 30 minutes prior to obtain base access.  All participants must have a Government issued ID i.e., driver's license.  All those who are driving  on base must bring a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and registration of vehicle being driven on base.
H: Questions are to be submitted via email only to the POC NLT COB on 2 May 2016
I: Notice to Offeror(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.  In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost
