COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
Fire Fighter Equipment
(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number W915WE01935063. Award will be made to the offeror who meets or exceeds the solicitation requirements and equipment specifications at the lowest price and deemed responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104. All information in this RFQ must be provided and must be proposed in US Dollar. Incomplete or late quotes will not be accepted unless it is in the best interest of the Government. The Government reserves the right to make partial awards. Prices must be good for 30 days after offer submittal. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information via e-mail to [email protected] no later than 27 AUG 2010, 1700 Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42.
