This amendment is to (1) correct an error in the synopsis/solicitation and to (2) address questions that have been received.

1. Twice in the synopsis/solicitation (on page 3 and page 4) it states that contractors must be complaint with all requirements of section 6.0 of the SOW, this reference is incorrect. It should reference section 4.0 of the SOW. Please see the attached updated synopsis/solicitation for more details.

2. Questions received from potential vendors about this solicitation have been addressed in the attached "Questions and DOJ Responses".
