The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Enterprise has a requirement to collect and submit electronic fingerprints via the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT), as part of the Department of Defense security clearance investigation process, to the National Background and Investigation Bureau (NBIB), provided to all potential employees located in the continental United States and Hawaii.
