Response: Will not submit to any other agency.

2. If you are submitting - how would you like to transmit? (Phone line, secure email connection, etc.)
Response: N/A. No images will leave our lab.

3. Would you like any additional upgrades on the maintenance/warranty? (2 years of support, help desk vs. 9/5)?
Response: It is preferred, if cost is justified.

4. Will you please tell us what are the approved products on FBI appendix F?

Response: No employees will be tracked, this is to demonstrate biometric capabilities.  We are buying scanner, and no tracking software.
