Provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and other ancillary items necessary, for this annual, renewable, indefinite quantity construction services project in which the City may authorize work subject to available funding. The work shall include the construction of various sewer related utility projects and various sanitary sewer pump station repairs throughout the City of Suffolk, Virginia.
