This is a phased project, see attached phasing plan. This project should be priced on regular time however, please include any necessary off hours due to noisy work, building shutdowns, work in adjacent spaces, etc. in your base bid proposal. Includes selective demo, concrete saw-cutting & pourback, structural steel, millwork, doors & hardware, storefront, light gauge metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, FRP, window coverings, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, final clean, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, fire alarm and electrical. Please note that graphics, signage, security and audio-visual work will be by others.
