Project Description: 14,750 SF of retail banking space on three separate floors (1st, 2nd & 10th floors) located at 10500 NE 8th Street in Bellevue, Washington. This project should be priced on regular time however, please include any necessary off hours due to noisy work, building shutdowns, work in adjacent spaces, etc. in your base bid proposal. Includes selective demo, concrete saw-cutting, core-drilling & pourback, structural steel, millwork, doors & hardware, storefront, light gauge metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, FRP, window coverings, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, appliances, final clean, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, fire alarm and electrical.
