This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action to award a sole-source contract to Oakdale Holdings Corporation of Chicago, Illinois.  The contractor shall provide bond underwriting services for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workforce investment (OWI).  This includes providing bonds paid for by states using the DOL fidelity bonding grants (which are open only to ex-offenders) and providing bonds paid for by states and non-state organizations using non-DOL fidelity grant funds (which are open to ex-offenders as well as other at-risk individuals).  Further details can be found in the attached document to this notice.
