DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm fixed price, one-time procurement for the acquisition of Fibrous Glass Reinforcing Mat, National Stock Number (NSN) 9340-01-449-7746.

This item is currently manufactured by Hexcel Corporation (Cage 8Y518), Part Number 109866.

The RFP is for a single award.

The RFP will be issued as an unrestricted acquisition.

Delivery will be FOB ORIGIN. The Government required delivery schedule is 120 Days.

FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be utilized. Price only will be the source selection approach. Numbered Note 26 applies.
