Fiber Pull From 54 to NCTR Dorms per attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation FDA-CSS-1228449.   

A site visit is scheduled for 9:00 AM (Central Time) on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.  Offerors are highly encouraged to attend. Space is limited due to social distancing requirements.  Each Contractor is limed to two attendees.  Notification of intent to attend plus a completed “Attachment 2 – Clinic Risk Assessment Questionnaire for Jefferson Labs (JL)” for reach attendee must be sent to Jennifer Johnson at   [email protected] no later that 7:00 am (Central Time) on July 27, 2020. 

All Site Visit attendee’s are required to wear face coverings, per the Center for Disease Control guidelines for the scheduled site visit or entry will be denied. *CDC - Cloth Face Covering Instructions is included in the attachments section.
