The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA or Authority) will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Fiber Optic Network Upgrade at OCFA Regional Fire Operations and Training Center (RFOTC) located at 1 Fire Authority Rd., Irvine, CA 92602. The project is for the complete preparation, furnishing, and installation as required by the specifications in the bid and submittal documents. Mandatory meeting and job walk is scheduled for Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Orange County Fire Authority 1 Fire Authority Rd. Irvine, CA 92602 **Additional construction and network diagrams/drawings will be presented to bidders attending the job-walk. Detailed drawings and diagrams will not be made available through PlanetBids for this project.** Contractors are required to pay prevailing wage. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code 1771.4(c)(1) effective April 1, 2015. A Payment / Performance Bond along with a bid bond are required for this project. Please review solicitation for further details.
