THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The AFNWC/PZIA Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract to ITF Laboratories Inc., for the purchase of a KW Class Pump and Signal Combiner, which are manufactured by ITF Laboratories Inc., who owns proprietary data rights and design details to this product.
