NSN 6150-01-470-1916, the quantity is 1,047 each.  Requirement is 100% Small Business Set Aside.  FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance is destination.  This requirement is coded 1C.  Approved Sources Berg Companies cage 1FR69 P/N TMPBOX-40033 and LEX Products cage 00Y95 P/N DB20MIL-QD30-NOFT.  Critical Item and Configuration control.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
