This solicitation number is RFQ1433805 and solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38.
The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institute on Aging (NIA) has a requirement for fetal bovine serum at 1,000 bottles at 500mL. Delivery is to be Baltimore, MD. The serum must be of USA origin and Hybridoma tested. Offers will also be evaluated on best value in relation to price.
