This announcement is a sources sought only.  The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this announcement or to otherwise pay for the information received.  The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is a government agency that operates a worldwide military grocery system that provides grocery products at cost to active duty and retired military personnel, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and their families.

The purpose of this notice is to seek sources interested in implementing and maintaining Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) FERS/CSRS Retirement Training for DeCA.  NAICS code for this service, 611430.

DeCA is seeking companies interested in implementing and maintaining a no-cost, COTS solution that meets the requirement as specified in the attached Statement of Work.

Please provide the following information to Heather Jarratt at [email protected] no later than the closing date of the Sources Sought:

1.  Are you interested in providing a proposal to implement/maintain a COTS solution for FERS/CSRS Retirement Training at DeCA?

2.  Are you interested in providing a proposal to facilitate on-site and webinar training?

3.  Does your company currently provide these services to any other government agency?
