The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is a government agency that operates a worldwide military grocery system that provides grocery products to active duty and retired military personnel, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and their families.

The purpose of this notice is to seek sources interested in implementing and maintaining Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) FERS/CSRS Retirement Training for DeCA. NAICS code for this service, 611430.

DeCA is seeking companies interested in implementing and maintaining a no-cost, COTS solution that meets the requirement as specified in the attached Statement of Work.

1. Are you interested in providing a quote to implement/maintain a COTS solution for FERS/CSRS Retirement Training at DeCA?
