Amendment 1 is issued to extend the due date for quotes.  The new due date is July 26, 2019.  Another amendment will be issued to provide details from the site showing as well as changes to the Statement of Work.

Amendment 2 is issued to provide the site showing information, questions and answers, revised Attachment 2 Construction Specification and revised Attachment 3 Maps.  Please review all the attached documents, including the questions and answers, for specific information regarding the changes.
