This Pre-solicitation Notice is for Fleet Repair and Recovery Services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Disaster Emergency Communications Division (DECD). The primary place of performance is any location CONUS or U.S. Territories where FEMA supports disasters.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811111, with annual receipts of $9 million.
This requirement is to acquire Fleet Repair and Recovery Services for FEMA. The support requires 24/7 nation-wide roadside assistance, towing services, tire replacement, and major repairs.
The period of performance is for 5 years. The contract will have a base year with four (4) option years. Due to the nature of the work, FEMA will award an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract allowing for hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials type Task Orders. FEMA anticipates a single-award contractor for this requirement.
