The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in support of its Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) program, has a service requirement for hauling, installation, maintenance, and deactivation support, as well as development and construction of group sites. The requirement is termed the Logistics Housing Operations Unit inStallation, maintenance, and dEactivation (LogHOUSE II) contracts. This requirement will provide FEMA with contractors who are ready to provide services that will support multiple, direct housing missions anywhere within the Contiguous 48 United States (CONUS).
This is a full and open competitive, partial small business set-aside, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The period of performance will be a five (5) year ordering period. The anticipated award date is August 2025. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
