The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide construction management (CM) for the Felton Street Extension project. This roadway project will include a new road and pathway segments, signal improvements, illumination, storm drain and other infrastructure. The project is located in the City of Palmer between the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and Bogard Road.
