If you are interested in submitting a proposal for this solicitation, be sure to register on the website and let me know by a return email.  Any amendments or other information associated with the requirement will be posted on the Solicitation Bulletin Board, and by registering you will be automatically notified when postings occur.

Please note: questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me not later than 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on July 20, 2012.  Proposals are due no later than 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on July 27, 2012.  Please note that this is a Best Value bid package and award on initial offers can be made.  Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids.
