The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each FEKO Silver Sequential (32bit) License to include software and a one time purchase of license; 1 each FEKO Dongle (hardware Key) to include first year maintenance and support. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
