This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation ("PBGC") requires services of an experienced Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Analyst to assist the PBGC Disclosure Division within the Office of the General Counsel. A Request for Proposal (RFP) PBGC01-RP-12-0008, including the Statement of Work and evaluation criteria is attached. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. 
Proposals are due no later than January 24, 2012 by 11:00 AM EST and may be submitted to PBGC, Attn: Mark Miller via email: [email protected].
